    Additional information about Silver Shadow is that its parentage is from Devon Green, and before that, Halcyon. Some have described Silver Shadow as a "green Halcyon". Also, the young plants have narrow leaves, which later expand to more closely resemble its Halcyon parentage. Its hybridizer is Myerscough College, but the year is unknown.
    Silver Shadow has lavender flowers.
