Posted by ILPARW (southeast Pennsylvania - Zone 6b) on Aug 7, 2020 3:36 PM I think that this is the most common compact cultivar on the market. It has smaller leaves and is of a dense, compact habit. It bears lots of flowers. It is slow growing. It is easy to grow and adaptable. It began as a sport of the cultivar 'Sherwoodii,' which is also a compact cultivar. This newer cultivar is a little better. I am in shock that the scientific name has been changed from Abelia to Linnaea by some sources. [ Reply to this comment | |
