| Posted by ViolaAnn (Ottawa, ON Canada - Zone 5a) on Jun 25, 2012 10:14 AM I purchased this plant as 'Liberty Bell', but by the time I received it (and likely before), it had stabilized into 'Bell Ringer'. It is a fast-growing, small plant that would likely make a good border plant, though mine is in a mound.
