I planted these as a trap crop between rows of lima beans. Worked well in keeping lice from the bean vines, also makes a good eating green, but roots are inedible.

The most popular and readily available greens turnip. An old variety that has retained its appeal. Inedible roots tolerate cabbage root maggots much better then regular turnips. If you like turnip greens and don't care for turnips or you are having trouble with cabbage maggots this is the variety for you.
