A Great All-Around Rose Web site!
Rose Culture for Georgia Gardeners is a great source for a wide variety of rose information for gardeners across the south. The folks at the Georgia Extension Service have packed the page with information on site selection, soil prep, planting, major rose classes, varieties, pest control, pruning, cutting rose blooms, and the top performers in their variety trials.

Favorite or New Plant

'Belinda's Dream' Rose
'Belinda's Dream' combines several great characteristics in one rose. It forms an attractive hedge or specimen bush and repeats bloom from spring to fall. It is very resistant to diseases. The flowers have an attractive tea rose form with a multitude of petals. They are medium pink in color and have a light fragrance. 'Belinda's Dream' does very well throughout the south. It was selected as "the perfect Florida rose" at the Epcot Flower Festival, and awarded the coveted Texas Superstar plant status in Texas trials.
