New Orleans Botanical Garden
When hurricane season arrives, we check our supplies, make a plan for evacuation, and figure we won't have to water the plants as much when the storms come. The toughest part of the 2006 season is how much we still have to recover from 2005. It's slow, but for evidence that this great, grand public garden is coming back, visit the Web site of the New Orleans Botanical Garden. Take a look at their wish list of plants they need to replace. It's daunting, and if you can help, please do.

Green Light Tomato and Vegetable Spray
No matter how good you are at gardening, pests can make life miserable. The question is, how to control insects like aphids, fruit flies, leaf miners, mealybugs, scale, whiteflies, beetles, Colorado potato beetles, rust mites, and spider mites organically. GreenLight Tomato and Vegetable Spray RTU is made from the extract of Neem seed, and is an organic pest control you need to know more about. Neem can be very effective, and it works on many diseases too, such as anthracnose, downy mildew, powdery mildew, scab, botrytis, rust, blights, leaf spot, and black spot.
