UC California Garden Web
UC Cooperative Extension has launched a new California Gardening Web site featuring guidelines for sustainable gardening, calculators for estimating landscape water needs, ideas for conserving and managing water during a drought, and lots of other information and guides.

The Web site was designed by the UC Statewide Master Gardener Program staff with a focus on sustainable gardening solutions and frequently asked questions. The site also contains a blog and links to other UC gardening resources.

The site has sections on gardening basics, climate zones, finding master gardeners, pests, disease and weeds, vegetables, nut and fruit trees and vines, lawns, flowers, indoor plants, poisonous plants, a glossary, and classes and events.
