Wildflowers in Bloom
Need help identifying wildflowers from weeds in your garden? Check out the Wildflowers in Bloom Web site, which contains photos of many of our favorite wildflowers as seedlings, as well as in full flower. There's useful info on improving seed germination and a map showing their U.S. distribution range.

Clever Gardening Technique

Seek Free Help with Irrigation
Any good landscape design is based on an efficient irrigation plan. If you are confused about the ins and outs of drip irrigation, sprinklers, and watering your landscape efficiently, seek help from your city water conservation office. Many of them offer free booklets and workshops, and some even have irrigation auditors who will come to your house. Ask about rebates for upgrading your system or converting from grass to desert landscape.
