Favorite or New Plant

Sago Palm
Sago Palm
This "living fossil" has become quite a spectacular plant for Midwestern gardeners to use as a focal point on the patio and indoors. The stiff leaves are tidy and quite different in appearance than those of any other tropical plants. The plant will tolerate a wide range of temperatures (15 to 110 degrees), and will thrive in full sun or partial shade. It's perfect for the patio because of its tolerance of dry soil. Try one for tropical drama!
