Favorite or New Plant

'Tangerine Beauty' Crossvine
'Tangerine Beauty' crossvine (Bignonia capreolata) is a splendid perennial vine for our area. It grows to 30 feet or more with grabbing tendrils that quickly cover a fence, wall, or arbor. It bursts forth with a splendid early to mid-spring show of trumpet-shaped blooms in tantalizing shades of coral and orange. The plant grows best in USDA Zones 7-9. The shiny, dark green leaves are evergreen in the lower South and get a colorful purplish tint with the arrival of cool weather in the fall.
