Newport Flower Show
New England's only outdoor flower returns to Newport, Rhode Island, to the elegant reception rooms and sweeping oceanfront lawn of Rosecliff mansion on July 7 and 8. This year's theme at the Newport Flower Show is New Beginnings. It commemorates The Preservation Society of Newport County's restoration of the Sunken Garden at The Elms, another of Newport's beautiful Gilded Age mansions.

There will be workshops, garden tours, music, and food. Featured speakers will include Dan Hinkley, plant explorer from Heronswood Nursery and Ann Raver, garden columnist at the New York Times. For tickets and more information, call (401) 847-1000 ext 150.
