I plan to also issue the tickets manually myself, just a few minutes after the time comes. So please be aware of that, and don't refresh the page too many times if you can help it. If everyone is refreshing the page every second, that's how the site gets overwhelmed. So please try to refresh not instantly, but just every little few moments. Give the server a small rest between each reload.

Look for your tickets a few minutes after 7pm. You will get a system message notification when they are ready.

To clarify, this is round 2 tickets and not tickets were missing, correct? I'm not worried about the 1.00 tickets I'm missing, just wanted to make sure I understand.

By my calculations I've received two extra tickets. I've "sold" 27 items, so that should come out to 13.5 plus the initial 9 = 22.5 total. But I've bid on 24 things, plus have another 0.5 sitting there. Perhaps my tickets tonight can be adjusted?

The multiplier has dropped from half to a third, or something like that... so yeah, we'll get odd ticket amounts.

First night you get half a ticket for each item you sell. Then second night you get a little less, third night little less, etc until a certain point.
