I am, and it does show lightbox thing but then when I preview post, it does not show the picture there. Is there any size limit I should be aware of?

The site automatically resizes anything too large so that shouldn't be an issue so not sure why it doesn't show in preview.

I think you may have the wrong file format.

I used the soil it came in when I bought it. I am very new to gardening, so I do not know names.
What soil should it be in?

It should be in cactus soil or potting soil with lots of added perlite, pumice, grit or ... . That looks like mud from someone's yard. Either way, I think its too late for your little plant. You might salvage a leaf.

.. a leaf on good soil might make a tiny plant at its base.. at least my plant, which looks quite like this one, does sprout from fallen leaves.
Plant it and they will come.
