Friday, April 26, 9:00am: Brunch Address: 1926 SE Holman Ave, Dallas, OR 12:00pm to approximately 2:00pm, Sale/trading Last year we tried out doing a 'Vendors' day on Friday, the first day of the clinic. I am happy to report that it was a big success. The list of vendors was made up from those participating in the clinic. We are going to do it again in 2019, but will have a larger pool of people coming to buy plants, garden art, etc. We have invitations out to Polk County Master Gardener Ass., Salem Hardy Plant Society and Benton County Master Gardener Ass. to come see, and buy. This is a great opportunity for all you semp lovers attending the upcoming clinic to bring plants, garden art and containers to sell. I do have a couple extra tables if you can't bring one for setting up your items. Brunch will start at 9:00am and run through the morning and afternoon. No one will go hungry.

Saturday, April 27, 11:00am: Seedling Judging, and Clinic Address: 4358 River Rd S, Salem, OR Something completely new for the 2019 clinic is a 'Seedling Judging'. Those coming to the clinic can bring their very own seedlings to be judged by the entire group. Plenty of time to get those yearlings and older, potted up and adjusted to their new home in time for the April clinic. "The lecture will be on evaluating seedlings, deciding which plants to use as parents, and selecting those that should be named. Using these criteria, the seedlings will be evaluated by the whole group." Lunch will be served at Kevin's.
