OK guys here are the meal selections at Robert's:

Salad course:

Caesar or House Salad

Entrees:

Chicken Saltimbocca (Do I hear cheers from someone in Seattle??)
Bone-in Pork Chop
Horseradish-encrusted encrusted salmon (Lynn's favorite)
Blackened Shrimp (this is a newer item on their menu but one I have enjoyed)

Desserts:

Creme Brulee (Do I hear cheers again from Seattle??)
Fruit Crisp (This varies a good bit depending upon what the chef can get for good fruit.)
Brownie Sundae

You get ONE of each course plus coffee or tea. You can check out the entree items on Robert's Crossing's web site. We will be eating in "the shed" which is a banquet room that is decorated like a NW fishing lodge. It will be JUST our party so we can visit better.

My mouth is watering. Every option is delicious. I think it will be the salmon for me. Not sure on the dessert yet. I love their House Salad. Yummy.

Not as nutritious as the entrees mentioned above nor as sweet as the desserts but the Blackberry Lemon Drop (the first Lemon Drop I've ever tried and hooked on since) has a good "happy" value rating... I'm sure others that have partaken would agree with me?

Yes, you're right Bev. Lots of nice cocktails too. Hard to go wrong here.

Maybe Jim needs to take you there for your anniversary.......

Lynn,

Would you add Chris Yoder to the class? He is studying ornamental plant breeding at Oregon State.

We are getting closer to the gathering. Hurray!

I need a head count of those going to Mangiare Friday evening, April 26th for dinner. A cozy Italian restaurant. You can post here in the thread.

Feeling so deprived. We're absolutely going to head that way later in the summer. Such a neat crew.
