Thanks Lynn and thanks for the invite to stay over. I've been thinking of stuff to bring and try to sell but it would depend on their condition when the time comes. We'll see...

I want to make sure everyone who wants to attend Robert's can. I won't starve because my group typically gets together after a walk event to eat dinner out and celebrate the day. But I know Robert's would be better, lol!

I'll have to let you know for sure later before Kevin needs a final count for RX. Feel free to boot me if someone else needs to squeeze in. It's still 2 months away and the list could grow more!

Hi Bev! Sadly, we don't know yet. We might actually have to draw straws!

If we were by the slimmest of chances able to sneak away for a bit, we'd only get a single day on the ground, given all the driving that seems to be a thing between this here and that there.

Just thinking that if I could convince the dirty dolphin to con someone into covering for her on that Friday...and if we left at a sane hour on Thursday...took the trip out fairly leisurely...and left at a reasonable time on Sunday morning and just drove straight through...maybe nobody around here would miss us much.

A guy can dream...long odds, I guess. We're probably better off, for the sake of sanity, to plan something at a more sedate pace later in the year. That said, "sake of sanity" doesn't always rank that high in the decisions that I make. Maybe she can be persuaded to...
