I've had that 5 times, maybe I shall branch out, or not. Do they make other chicken dishes? Not eating the fish stew! Not a fish fan!

I have tried some of the other chicken dishes (see how hard I work for you??) but always go back to the Saltimboca. I regard that as a very safe choice. I try to do one of the salmon entrees for those coming from elsewhere so they can have an Oregon specialty. The salmon choices change with the season but the horseradish encrusted one is really good.

I love the horseradish encrusted salmon. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.

I have a request, will all of you check the first post in this thread and see if there are any errors?

Kevin will you check the first post of this thread and make sure I have the hotel information correct?
Also, will everyone make sure you are on the signed up list in the first post. I don't want to leave anyone out.

@cwhitt Christine, there is no cut off date for coming to the clinic. The only event that has a cut off on number of people coming is the dinner at Robert's Crossing. You sure don't want to miss out on Saturday night. A real highlight of the clinic events. Kevin, I don't remember how many people the shed holds?

26 is what Robert's wants as a max but we might push another chair in there.

Lynn, I have my own folding table this year so all I need is a space to set it up.

I will be bringing a variety of rooted offsets and also some mature plants in planters.

Hopefully a bunch of those garden club folks will show up.!

We would love to have four of us from Mountain Crest attend again. I learned so much last year and it was such a treat to drool over all the semps.

I haven't been able to get the "Sempervivum Clinic Group" code to work online, has anyone else? Or has it not gone live?

I couldn't make it work either, Annie. I think we'll have to call them to do it.

Just checked with the hotel manager. These are special rates so they don't allow them on their web site, and are unique to this hotel in the chain, not the others.
