My guess of Maniltoa based on what is common in my area, never saw a Cynometra ramilflora, the only Cynometra I ever saw is C. cauliflora with very similar fruit but edible.
Your plant could still be Cynometra or other in the above group. The only way to be sure I guess is to wait when flower appear, as that will confirm ID.
Mean while, you can also check if there are local people who knows this plant there.
I hope in the future you can update this thread if flower or fruit available.. and it will be very nice too of adding those images to the data base when the ID are clear in the future.
