This is far from a complete list. But these are known to do well in the desert and also attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

Bird of Paradise (red/yellow) Strelitzia reginae
Arizona Yellow Bells Tecoma stans
Claret-cup Cactus Echinocereus triglochidiatus
Coral Bells Heuchera
Eremophila aka Emu Bush
One has to do more than just read. They have to investigate and think for themselves.

Hi Iwannazenspot001, Welcome!

Here are a few plants that come to my mind for Florida gardens that will attract both Butterflies & Hummingbirds:
Weeping Bottlebrush (Callistemon viminalis)
Crimson Bottlebrush (Callistemon citrinus)
Pentas (especially the red variety)
Butterfly Weed (Asclepias tuberosa)
Cardinal Flower (Lobelia cardinalis)
Firecracker Plant (Cuphea ignea)
Cherokee Bean (Erythrina herbacea)
Firebush (Hamelia patens)
