It is a Euonymus sp Possibly one called Euonymus fortunei 'Silver Queen' |

I agree it looks like a type of variegated Euonymus. Here are photos from our database of a few different ones with variegated foliage: ~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt! ~ Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot! |
