I agree with Vic: They are great looking plants!
I've been curious about this place. Thanks for the highly thorough review of the ordering process and packing practices.

Really nice looking plants and I loved they way they packed them.
I went to their site and had fun browsing for a few minutes. I will have to go back when I have more time.
Thanks Trish for introducing me to another great nursery. : )

I've been ordering from them for years too - they have a fantastic variety that I can't get locally and I've always been completely satisfied with their quality, shipping practices, and customer support. Their comments in the catalog descriptions really pull me in and result in purchases of plants that I would have otherwise passed over - most of these have become my favorites. When the description says something like "if we could have only one primula, this one would be it", knowing their vast experience how can you resist? I received my most recent order last week - the eight that I ordered and a free one to boot. My order consisted of all shade plants that were deer resistant and flowered in the purple, lavender, pink shades - the free one that they chose for me fit the same theme. Trish's article says it all.

Sounds like a company well worth doing business with to me!
Love the way they packed the plants. Ingenious! I wonder if the box was super thick in case it were to get squashed if laid on its side or something? No packing on top or sides of the plants; must be well protected.
I'll check them out for sure.
