Perhaps the breeder Stephen Hoy might be of help:

who concentrates on single flowered roses, and has a newsletter.
There are quite a number of single flowered roses with similar colouring. I do have 'Cocktail' growing in my garden but the shade of pink in your photo is stronger than what I find in mine.
Rose (Rosa 'Cocktail')

Surely others might have better opinions than mine.
I hope it helps

It might be helpful if we could see the whole plant, and know its' size.

Also, do you know how long it has been growing where it is?

Is it fragrant? Does it have prickles?

Also, where are you located? Some roses are available in some countries but not in others.

It very well could be Cocktail, as Arturo suggested. It's a tall rose (6-8 feet on the average, but taller where it's happy) and is French (hybridized by Francis Meilland, 1957).

That looks like a big climber so I doubt it's Why Not. Why Not is a miniature and not a climbing one at that.

I like Zuzu's educated guess.
