These pictures were taken last evening after a day of storms--lots of wind and rain. Lillian's Eye Did It came through unscathed. This is a wonderful small flowered plant, love the height and branching.

Our southside yellow border of Hyperion, Lexington, and NOID small flowered yellow, all very fragrant. They survived the storm very well.

The following pics taken this morning: all these clumps are looking good, no damage from the storm.

The first two pictures are of Jean Swann with side by side clumps. The last is so you can see the double flower. These pictures were taken last evening about 6:45 and the color did not fade, it actually seemed to darken.

Grey Witch--same thing, taken in the evening and the color is much darker, more purple than in the morning.

I was out of town and then had to play catchup on all the things around the house, but back now and here are the latest, although most you have seen before:

Green Derby--this one is new, finally was able to get enough to show. You can certainly see the green throat.

Forgot to add that this early blooming noid has been blooming. Not sure if it is one of those older daylilies. It is scented.

Avedon - I think you win for the best and most amount of beautiful clumps! Whatever you are doing, you are doing so right! Love seeing your clump photos!

I enjoy everyone elses too, but it seems Avedon has only clumps, not doubles or perhaps triples like me! Whistling Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious!

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! to all of you for the kind comments and for the acorn. Unfortunately, I have some bad news. Somehow last Saturday evening or early Sunday morning, don't know when, our shocker box powering one of the electric fences stopped working and some deer managed to break off a fence bracket and get into the "Rose Hill" garden. We think it's a doe that has been hanging around in our back field for a couple of weeks. She evidently had a wonderful time munching Sweet Isabela, Carmen Renee, Capacity For Wonder, Viva Las Vegas (the only scape) Grey Witch and took a couple of chomps from a few others. We were able to find a working box, so that area should be covered, but our two other boxes have failed. We don't know why, but we have three new boxes on order, hope to have them in a few days. I just hope she runs into the "hot fence" and get enough of a jolt to stay away from our other gardens. I was especially unhappy because there were lots of buds on Carmen Renee and I was looking forward to sending a clump shot pretty soon. Well, maybe there will be enough left to still do that. Sad
