Is it a shrub or a vine? Are the flowers fragrant? It reminds me of Sweet Mock Orange (Philadelphus coronarius)

It is a shrub. There are no more flowers on it, but I didn't notice a fragrance, I have allergies and can't smell very much anyway. I thought it was mock orange, but wasn't sure. Thanks for your help!

I forgot about Scentless Mock Orange (Philadelphus inodorus) which is one I grew at one time; it does not have any fragrance.
