I have two options: Kasugai or H.F. Young. Both popular in Lowes.

I agree Clematis 'H.F. Young' was my first thought too. See other images, the weather can play a roll with slight variation in color although if you had only posted the first photo, I don't think I would have been able to guess at the ID, the second shot was more definitive as the size and color make it more distinctive.
