Hello everyone! I love at 8,000 ft in Colorado and just planted 4 Morden sunrise roses 3 weeks ago. I am new to roses, and see that the leaves are yellowing with darker areas on them. I'm worried I have a fungus. Any advice/suggestions? Thank you!!

Welcome, chgosel! It looks like your rose has a common fungus called black spot. It is not life threatening and may clear up once your rose settles in to its new home.

Those photos are among the best I've seen of blackspot.

I don't know what your conditions are, there ... so I don't know if that rose has a particular weakness for that fungal disease, or if it got hit because transient weather conditions were perfect for it, or whether the plant is somewhat weakened by planting stress.

Time will tell.

In the meanwhile, I would remove those leaves, and discard them in the trash, to reduce spread of the spores.
