I'm not sure if this is a small tree or a large shrub. I live in zone 6a. Does anyone know what this is?

Are the flowers fragrant? The flowers remind me of Lewis' Mockorange (Philadelphus lewisii) but I'm not sure the leaves are a match.

I'll move this to the Plant ID Forum where it will get more views and I'm sure someone will be able to give you a more exact I.D.
