Grower Exchange sales Eucalyptus 'Silver Drop, however I think you may be in the wrong growing zone for planting outdoors. .
Zones: 9 - 11 are what the nursery recommend.-- I think you are in zone 7, and if that's the case, you don't want to get it unless you will be planting it indoors under strong light..
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌

Silver Dollar Gum (Eucalyptus cinerea) is such a pretty tree and I too love the scent of the dried eucalyptus leaves, I used to make dried flower arrangements years ago and always added stems of dried eucalyptus. I've never tried growing one as a houseplant but googled and found these listings of plants for sale:

Plant Me Green:
Plant Me Green is a very reputable company that I've purchased plants from in the past. You can read other member recommendations on this page and see photos of the quality plants received: Plant Me Green

Growers Exchange: https://www.thegrowers-exchang...
I've never purchased from this company so I don't know much about them but we do have one member recommendation on this page: The Growers Exchange (aka The Grower's Exchange)

Can't even imagine trying to grow one indoors! I planted my Florist Silver Dollar (Eucalyptus pulverulenta 'Baby Blue') in 2011 from a 3 gal pot, it's listed for minimum zone 8b. I believe it has already attained it's listed full height of 25 feet.
