Hello NGA Community! I'm in Zone 6b and frost is coming this week. When should I plant a brand new clematis from Brushwood Nursery? I want a Clematis Madame Julia Correvon.

Thank you for your help. Jeff

The best time to plant clematis is in spring or early to mid autumn, as warm, moist soil at these times of year aids good root establishment. You can plant now.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌

Thanks Luke! I've got one on the way from Brushwood. I can't wait!
