Plant ID forum→help id this water/land plant

i have this growing in a water container and some growing in the garden on land.

q1 what is this plant?
q2 it looks like it has two types of leaves, one with a petal design and one almost a perfect circle. is it two related species growing together or just one?

Looks like Hydrocotyle bonariensis....common name largeleaf pennywort.
