Hello, I am passionate about dahlia for cut flowers. I am living in Belgium and I am 70 years old. Another passion is old tomato varieties. I am looking to add a few dahlias to my collection but I have a though time to find out what the size fork is for each dahlia. I am looking for a size fork between 12.5 and 15 cm. This is 5 to 6 Inches. Who could help me with the following varieties? After dusk Apricot desire Arc de Triomphe Bracken Ballerina Carolina waegemans Cream alva's David Howard Geerlings cupido Geerlings moonlight José Maria Karma chok Lindsay Sweet Love Orange garden Madelon Scaur Swinton |

Welcome to the world of dahlias at NGA, @Guyloup - Enjoy your dahlia growing. Your list shows many names unfamiliar to me and that may be because they are available to you and not to those of us in the USA. Currently the only one I'm growing from your list is Scaur Swinton and it hasn't yet bloomed. When it does bloom I'll measure it and take a photo for you. I'd highly recommend two of my favorites if they become available to you: Labyrinth ![]() Bahama Mama |

Welcome, guyloup! Like Arlene, I'm not familiar with most on your list. I did grow Karma Choc a few years ago, but replaced it with Hollyhill Black Beauty. Karma Choc was a 4-5 inch flower for me. |

Thank you very much for your answers. I thought I was on a forum from UK. This is why I gave sizes in cm. I am used to buy seeds from US producers but dahlia bulbs would be different. Bulkier, Heavier and most likely a nightmare to import from the US into Europe. |
