I'm trying to figure out what to call the plants in this mixed group with purple spotted leaves.

Maybe a variety of Arum? I thought Lord's and Ladies (Arum maculatum) had purple spots but I don't see that on the photos at our database entry.
edited to say: Maybe I should have enlarged the photos. 😄

Is the other plant in the photo Silver Squill (Ledebouria socialis)
