I think if those dots which might be scale, are present only on a few leaves, I would just take a damp paper towel and gently remove them. If it goes deep into the pseudobulbs, ( looks like whitish dust of sorts) one needs to take action to avoid them spreading. If yes, we can talk! Smiling
