Not sure what it is though, but it could very well have a bulb. I suspect mine is muscari aka grape hyacinth soooo maybe that??

Are the sprouting in a designated flower bed area? I've heard that spring blooming bulbs sometimes emerge early and will be fine as long as the buds stay below soil level. They kind of remind me a little of sprouting Hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis)

No - not weeds !
Those are spring bulbs emerging. Maybe hyacinth. Hardy as heck. They probably are thinking winter is over.
Don't be too concerned if it gets freezing cold (and it will), they'll stop growing and continue again in Spring.
Come mid-January my tulips start to show their noses through the snow cover. So this situation is common.

My hyacinths do the same thing.
