This post is to show that Hoyas, like many other plants can happily remain in their original plastic nursery pots for quite awhile.
My little Hoya heuschkeliana is in the same tiny 2 inch plastic pot that it arrived in 5 years ago! It's currently full of little peduncles (bloom spurs) and although it's not currently in flower, it does bloom off and on all year long. All of the photos below are from today with the exception of the last two, showing the blooms. Hoya heuschkeliana is a small leaf variety, with umbels of tiny, fragrant, pink flowers.
