Moss Phlox Phlox subulata

Great little native perennial for spring bloom cascading over a wall. Also known as Creeping Phlox it is great for erosion control and is not picky about soil condition.

Wonderful banner Moggs!
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Pretty in Pink! I love Creeping Phlox and I really love anything Native. In TN they have a wild phlox that is a lavender color and I had that in my garden. Beautiful!

Thank you everyone for your kind complements. *Blush* I'm sorry I was so slow to respond, you would think that this being my first banner I would be anxious to see how it turned out, but life happens. It was a good thing though. We had our almost two-year-old grand-daughter staying with us for several days and she really kept us hopping. She is an utter delight, but her parents picked her up yesterday and we spent today collapsed! Having babies is definitely for the young!
