It's a gollum jade plant ... crassulla ovata. It's a gorgeous plant good luck

Yes, a variety of Crassula ovata. Either th eone above that KFredenburg gave the database link for, or possibly Gollum Jade (Crassula ovata 'Gollum') that Mardel mentioned.
