|Did you make them aware of the condition of the Rudbeckia? and did they make good on it?|

I did not contact them. I have heard great things about Santa Rosa's customer service. The reason I didn't contact them was because:
1) I felt it was a bit unfair to them since I did not pay for the plants to begin with
2) Both Santa Rosa and I knew that when we placed the order it was a little too late in the season for me to be trying to establish annual plants.
3) I was expecting the arrival of our baby any second
So, I can't personally speak to their customer service, except to say that it would not surprise me if they would have replaced it. However, I did want to point out that plants in bloom were being shipped.
NGA COO, Wife, Mom, and caretaker of 90 acres and all that dwell there.
