So after doing some online diggin i found multiple reasons as to why this little guy looks odd. I dont think the roots being exposed is one of them though, could be wrong. Ive had it in goood lighting and temp for about 3wks and yet to see anything positive on it.

Would anyone have any insight as to how i can bring it back to its full glory? I dont want to repot it due to fear of it dying, like my previous one.

Ohhh I like the stripe! What is its name???
The reason you think it looks strange is because you actually have several individuals growing together. This plant is 'stacking', for lack of a better term. New plants are sprouting from the original plant and growing very closely together. If you wanted to, you can actually unapt this and separate them into individuals and pot each one up separately. But it might be best to just add a little fir bark on top if those roots and let in continue to grow further. There may actually come a time that you will NEED to remove some of the pups in order to keep it growing well.

Thinking I mean it could be normal but i was thinking the blooms on them were one solid color, never thought about it. It came without a tag so i couldn't tell you the name. It was with a bunch of red ones.
Wow! i wouldnt know how to seperate them they look very attached Grin
I will def keep an eye on it. And cover the roots.
