Hello everyone,

I am looking at what class I might show my roses?

I know that Souvenir de la Malmaison and Rouletii are
both shown as Old Garden Roses which makes them
eligible for the Dowager Queen.

But where do I show 'Gruss an Aachen' which was hybridized
in 1909 and is considered as the oldest Floribunda. So, do I show
this rose as a floribunda or is it Victorian??

If it is currently classed as a Floribunda, that is where it should be entered.

And -- Good Luck!

Well I guess I might have to check in with the landlord about putting in a new
Rose Bed and plant some of my favorite Tea Roses including

Duchesse de Brabant (Comtesse de Labarthe)
Mrs B. R. Cant

And maybe try the following Teas
Marie Van Houtte
Rubens or
Safrano

Well there is another Tea Rose that I might consider putting in a large bed
Therefore I must consider:

Duchesse de Brabant (Comtesse de Labarthe)
Mrs B. R. Cant

And maybe try the following Teas
Marie Van Houtte
Rubens or Safrano
Mme Joseph Schwartz

Now if I put in a large raised bed I could grow and show:

Duchesse de Brabant (Comtesse de Labarthe) 1857 Show for Dowager Queen or Earthkind Rose
Mrs B. R. Cant 1901 Show as Victorian
Marie Van Houtte 1871 Show as Victorian
Mme. Joseph Schwartz 1880 Show as Victorian
Monsieur Tillier 1891 Show as Victorian
Rival de Paestum 1841 Show for Dowager Queen
Belinda's Dream 1988 Show as shrub or Earthkind Rose
Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant.
