I have a daylily that I am trying to pollinate the day before it opens.... I have done this on the last two blooms so it is still too early to know if I was successful.

Anyone else tried this with success...?

For today's cross, I used pollen from Mississippi Man...

Hi Robert, I did this on several of mine and was successful. I sold a lot of seeds as proof! Smiling

Yes, I know it worked for me on 'American Freedom' after many attempts after the bloom had opened had failed.
