A friend of mine in California sent me several succulents for my birthday. I need help identifying some of them. One is an aloe, but I'm unsure of the name. And I'm pretty sure the others are echeveria and one could possibly be graptoveria but I really need help with accurate identification if possible. Also any care tips for this aloe would be welcomed. Thanks in advance!

Are these next 2 echeveria or sempervivum?

The one in the second picture is an Echeveria secunda. I believe some of the other ones are Echeverias as well, just not sure what species yet.

The aloe is a Gonialoe variegata.

And I believe one or more of those Echeverias might be E. Lola

The first, fourth, and sixth might be E. peacockii or E. Violet Queen.

Except for the ones in the eleventh and the twelfth pictures (and the aloe), I'd say that because of the way the leaves grow out of the middle they're all Echeverias.

I cannot identify any of the plants except to say that the aloe is definitely not a Gonialoe (wrong leaf pattern, wrong leaf shape... should be V-shaped in cross section) and the small plants are Echeverias (maybe an intergeneric hybrid), not Sempervivums. Flowers should help with identification of all of these plants.

Ah, true Baja. I just looked at some pictures of Gonialoe variegata. The leaf pattern and leaf shape does not match. Maybe aloe harlana?

Now that I think of it though, I believe aloe harlana's leaf pattern is different from Heather's.

It is most likely a hybrid and not a species.

Yes, snowflake and snowstorm are what I looked at as well. They don't appear to be the same leaf pattern though. But I probably wouldn't know, because I'm no expert for sure. @mcvansoest, @skopjecollection and @Baja_Costero are the experts in succulents and cacti around here.

Expert in most cacti, crassula, kalanchoe, a lot of euphorbia, aeonium, haworthias and others.
Not in sedum, echeveria, aloe , agave and most mesembs...
Baja is the one with aloe books, we had another member who was into aloe. mccansoest is good with agaves and some other plants...
