I moved into new apartment with rose garden. There is one I have never seen before. It has. Light, spicy scent. ![]() |
So many possibilities. Here's a thread on russet roses that was started 10 years ago. Take a look at the russet tan roses in the thread. The thread "Russet Roses" in Roses forum The most popular of these probably is Julia's Rose. You can see more pictures of it in our database entry. Rose (Rosa 'Julia's Rose') A couple that weren't included in the old thread also come to mind: Rose (Rosa 'Honey Dijon') Rose (Rosa 'Stephen Rulo') |

Thank you so much. I'm pretty sure it is Honey Dijon. This was cut bud opening this morning. I want to cross it with Chrysler Imperial.![]() |
That's lovely, and it does look like Honey Dijon. |

Chrysler Imperial crossed with that might some beautiful offspring. Especially if the scent carries over. But you would probably need to run tray fulls to find a keeper. Maybe not. I want to cross my Chrysler Imperial with Dick Clark to see what I find. |
