Hello, everyone!

I will edit this post with updates. I was Seedy on Gardenweb long ago, but that name was taken here. I've been to only one of these swaps but have traded with several of the wonderful and generous gardeners present here for decades. So, apologizing for my late entry to the listing and intending to update my offers and wishes on Tuesday:

Mone—will bring you Hungarian heart and purple basil. Every year I enjoy the plants you've gifted me!
Annette—10-4, and I'm borrowing a car.
I think I've sent Treemail to everyone else who requested my sprouts, and I think I have enough for all requests to this point. Will have to cut off requests at noon Friday to give me time to prepare.
Ellen—should you have an extra Mocha Splash, I could try to stop replaying the sad event that happened to it at my house today ...

Feeling the garden swap love big time!!

Offers:
Habanada pepper (a sweet with the flavor of habanero but no heat)—All promised on May 13
Hungarian heart tomato
Mayo's delight tomato—All promised on May 13
Brunswick cabbage
Beets——All promised on May 13
Thousandhead kale
Purple basil
Globe allium (ornamental, pretty, spreads easily)
Aloe houseplant

Wishes:
Seedrat (hello!)—would love each of your mints, and I was going to say native ginger, but did you already give me that in the fall? I am not sure! If you don't mind, would like some now. I will be borrowing a car, so no worries about size.
Nightflower—Do you still have scilla siberia? Would be happy to take a large amount as a friend has it in his lawn and I would be happy to copy the effect.

Hi Pepperlove!

I'd love a habanada pepper! It sounds amazing.
You did get some ginger form me last fall but I don't think it was much. Mone says she'll hook you up but I can as well. Are you biking? because my gingers are a bit big.

Hello Everyone,

I am begging you to come pick up your requested plants directly from my garden in the NW Side of Chicago so that you can plant them before too long. You will also help me make fewer trips to transport them to the swap in Skokie on Saturday.

Hazelcrestmikeb has to work on Saturday and cannot come to the swap so he kindly dug up the plants and filled my car yesterday. They are now sitting in my garden, sorted, labeled and ready to go.
There are several plants for:
- AdrienneSchaye
- Crtvdsn/Fern
- EvanstonNewB*
- LynnKite
- Nightflower/Maria*
- SheilaWilmette
- scrappysuzy1/Suzy
- Tini7777*
- Zoomingwithjoel*

*=huge number of plants

These plants include the ones requested from me as well.
I will greatly appreciate your help in lessening my transporting them to Skokie.
Thank you.

Those who already picked up your plants, thank you!!!

I've been making a running list of what to bring for each person, but now can't find who wanted the empty hanging baskets. I checked my messages, and it wasn't in there.

If it's YOU, please send me a message!

Thanks,

Linnea

Seedrat, I didn't know that there was a real vs a fake....I got the plant from the swap several years ago and it was labeled celandine poppy. It reseeded a bunch this past season. Here's pictures of it.

If it's not too late, would anyone happen to have some native ginger to share? Asarum canadense.

I just saw a place in my yard tonight that would be perfect for it.

Thanks,
