Hello Everyone,

Last Fall I purchased some Dutch Iris bulbs and planted them. They are starting to bloom now and this beauty showed up in the pot. I haven't a clue what it is and am hoping someone here can help me.

I container garden on my patio in The Pacific Northwest, USA

Hopefully someone here can help me identify this flower. It's really pretty.

Yes, I'm thinking Byzantine gladiolus.

Thank you all for responding. I looked up Byzantine gladiolus and it does look like what I have. And I did find out gladiolus are in the iris family.
Thank you again.

Yes, Calif Sue. Thank you. I lived in So Ca for 45 years. Moved up here to be with my family. I miss So Ca growing weather. Getting used to the Pacific Northwest. It's different and beautiful in its own way. Thanks again.
