Please help! While repotting my new voodoo lily I broke the main stalk. Is it a total loss? I dusted it with a little root powder and popped it into the fresh soil.

Voodoo lilies grow from a bulb like structure so I guess you broke the stalk of the leaf. In that case whether the leaf itself will survive for long is to wait and see.
If it dies off soon, chances are high the plant can't return the energy investment of that leaf into the bulb and might have shrunk in size next year in comparison to this. As a result it might not flower also.

Either way, leave it alone, there's not much you can do beyond this point.
