Hurray! now, how do i plant these little guys so they live? Should i leave them be for now?

Well...

First things first: welcome and congratulations on your first cactus babies.

For now leave them alone, they are too fragile to move, but your 'pot' is not ideal for their long term health. While the enclosed situation was conducive to the germination of the seeds, at some point this will actually start being detrimental to the plants - now they want high humidity but as they develop that necessity goes away. So when they look a little more robust you will want to transfer them to something that has a drain hole and a more open top - you can still devise some cover for it, but you will want to give the soil plenty of 'space' to dry out.

Thank you, Gonna leave them be. I've tried to germinate many times before to only fail miserably so this is very exciting!
