I have a number of skips, 2 of which were sourced in Oregon from my local nursery ( Wilmington, DE) . They currently are flowering and the branches are drooping over. Not sure if this is because of flowers weighing branches over. My other skips are fine, with upright branches. I'm considering staking.

If you stake you will weaken the stem however if the plant is falling over you may have to stake it. If its heavy due to flower weight just wait a few weeks the flowers will be gone..
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
