Hi all. I'm new to growing vegetables. I planted my vegetables in a raised garden bed with top soil and organic compost with some tomato and vegetable fertilizer (Jobe's). They seem to not be growing. I think I messed up by not adding a well drained soil but not entirely sure. Other than that, I water consistently and evenly but they seem to be at a stand still or even weeping off slightly. Before planting, they were perfect growing inside the house. They've been outside for 2 weeks now. Just not sure what to do next? I don't want to uproot everything and disturb them. Any suggestions?! Ty.

Welcome!

Can you add some photos so we can see your vegetables.
