Hi All,

Would like to consult the experts around here.
Is this some sort of mold that I should be concerned about?
I believe the plant is a potted Ixora.
Thanks so much!

Soft Scale bugs pick off what you can then use neem or horticultural oil sprays to get the scale under control.

NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌

Vinegar should never be used on plants. It can damage them, and in some cases, kill them.
